Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

SAP Business Technology Platform allows me to have all work applications in one place without having to change systems, which saves me a lot of time and makes me more productive. It also helps me carry out my work on current databases without having to wait long to update information.

Pros

  • Creation of simple applications without being an expert.
  • It has a very efficient customer support system that allows any doubt or failure to be resolved quickly.
  • Integration of all the applications necessary to have a good performance.

Cons

  • Although the application creation process is simple at first, it can be a little complicated to learn how to use all the tools and fully take advantage of them. There is no guided learning process.
  • Reduction in time in processes.
  • Automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Improved progress and productivity.
  • More united teamwork.
It allows developers to Develop all processes more efficiently by having application integrations that make everything easier. By having everything in one place, the information is unified, and thus, there is more order in the work.
I like it. On a couple of occasions, I have contacted support to resolve concerns, and their response has always been efficient and concrete.
I have not seen or used any of the use cases
