Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

We use BTP for both our integration platform connecting our erp with our third party apps, as well as the platform for provisioning cloud identity services to connect success factors with AD and okta.
BTP has given us a unified architectural platform to the many of our business systems together. The largest difficulty we face is putting together the best future ready design for operating the platform.

Overall the ui and features of BTP are very friendly. However I have criticism of the efficiency in the role collection building and how it connects with cloud identity services.
Response is typically timely and support appears to give effort in understanding recreating issues we have. However just as often a response is just pointing us to regular documentation.

Integration development for S4 is a key focus for us and a driving factor behind why I recommend BTP. Additionally though the availability to build and host side by side extensibilities for s4 has been invaluable. Under traditional ECC we just always added more custom code on stack, but the ability to separate our customizations out has helped tremendously with maintaining system.
