Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

Manage global account and subaccounts. We have one subaccount for each environment where we run our applications. One for dev, one for test and one for production. We manage all the connections and authorization via SAP Business Technology Platform. This includes: creating destinations, creating users, creating user roles, creating user role collections.

A SAP Fiori application seamlessly interfaces with a SAP CAP Service, providing access to diverse ERP systems such as SAP ECC via Cloud Connector for on-premise OData requests. Additionally, it interacts with a range of services using REST requests, ensuring robust integration across multiple systems and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
The overall support experience is positive, yet creating tickets via sap.me can be challenging due to a vast and confusing array of options. Additionally, response times vary significantly, ranging from quick and efficient to slow and prolonged, impacting the consistency of support services. Overall, its a highly needed service.
