SAP Build is designed with business users in mind first to help visually create apps, automate processes, and design business sites with drag-and-drop simplicity, speeding development. The solution includes prebuilt connectors and business content based on best practices for SAP and non-SAP systems.

SAP Build includes the following products:
  • SAP Build Apps (formerly SAP AppGyver) - A professional application development solution designed for anyone to quickly create apps without code, regardless of role or skill level. It enables users to build apps in a visual, drag-and-drop interface.

SAP Build Process implementation is easy, and customer support services are professionalized and responsive.
Pros
  • The software integrates seamlessly with cloud services and other products.
  • Ease in web applications deployment and reliability of the software in testing codes.
  • Software management is relatively more straightforward compared to other low-code development platforms.
Cons
  • SAP Build Process software takes so much time to refresh and load.
  • Software complexity: Setting up the software and configuring workflows is challenging, especially for the unskilled.
  • SAP Build Process user stories are not easily accessible.

Pros
  • SAP Build software is effective when it comes to automating complex workflows and creating efficient cloud applications.
  • The software optimizes work processes and simplify third party products integration.
  • The product ensures no interrupted IT support services.
Cons
  • The product is quite expensive compared to other low code development tools.
  • Customization of the software is limited it requires expert in code developing.
  • I find customization option for themes inappropriate all we want is functionality.

Repeated tasks were reduced, and everything was organized under the same roof. Operations can improve continuously without disrupting daily work.

  • Not requiring heavy coding.
  • Understandable set of features.
  • Nice UI.
Cons
  • Old features could see improvement.
  • Easier integrations with other parties.
Likelihood to Recommend
SAP Build is a strong and reliable partner with a rich FAQ and consulting power. New features make sense and are easy to distribute within the team and to end users. The community is nice, and there are many discussions on product development, shared solutions, and productivity improvements. UI is also one of the strongest points.

It has been a successful career path in app development using SAP build and testing or deploying them to check efficiency and effectiveness. The development process has been great, and I have become a professional in using this no-code development tool, which has eased the whole software development process. With less time, I can develop and add a few plugins and templates to my app and have the best quality app for my company.
Pros
  • The plugin integration to ensure full rich app development is working at par.
  • Also the dashboard organisation and customization works best.
  • The overall drag and dropping of functions is on a greater level and very functional.
Cons
  • The only one I can think of that has made me not continuously use SAP Build is the cost of this tool. I see it a bit higher compared to other tools that provide the same functionality for cheaper or free plans.
Likelihood to Recommend
Sap Build is a tool made for softwares developers. All developers will find this tool easier to use and will be able to finish their app development with time.

  • This is an all-around tool that functions perfectly and efficiently. I have liked its use since I started using it.
