Adds complexity to the landscape as we cannot phase out old products completely

Maybe we are not using it to its full potential, but for not it is not providing all the advantages claimed above. We should look into the full potential and see what we could do additionally.

We have a dedicated person at SAP who is supporting us in the Max attention context, and he is really good, both when it comes to technical details and the holistic setup of SAP Business Technology Platform with for example, roles and responsibilities.

In the CPI area we seem to have problems scaling up. Might not be the fault of SAP Business Technology Platform but rather CPI. Now we are forced to use a combination of CPI and PI/PO to serve our business.
