Pros

Gives lot of out of the box connectors
Out of the box iflows for cloud products like Success Factors , Ariba
API End point management

Cons

UI for iflows can be clunky for complex scenarios
SAP Business Technology Platform pricing is not easy to understand
Handling complex B2B mappings can become tedious

Return on Investment

Reduction in development effort for easy and medium complex scenarios
Easy to use Connectors

We have done multiple integrations to connect S/4 Hana and 3rd party SaaS products using REST APIs , the over all development effort is significantly less compared to on Prem PO. Browser based UI is simpler and easy to use compared to earlier PI/PO UI.
