-Master Data Governance - Custom MDG for Materials / Vendor / Customer with approval flows
- Order approvals - Workflows based on Build
- Automations using BPA across multiple functionalities

Automations (BPA) doesn't fit for large volume of transactions, Need individual desktops / remote sessions to be available

Usability

For Enterprise grade solutions , yes I agree. Yet new and might need time to stabilize .
we are using mostly the custom built solutions as the S4 migration is still in progress.

Support Rating

we are able to reach the Support team immediately based on priority of the tickets raised. But might be better to have contact if emergency needs.
Good weekly interaction with the enabler team for SAP Business Technology Platform onboarding and execution.
