Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

Integration suite. We use IS for integration purposes.

Pros

  • Easy to use since it is a PaaS.
  • No need to worry about the Infra and SLA.

Cons

  • looking for a better CLI.
  • Good documentation.
  • Definitely improved the efficiency of automating tasks.
  • Better connectivity between applications.
We have IS, which is used for integration purposes, and hence I rate it 9.
Support looks good.
I have seen but not used the use cases
I have not used anything like SAP BTP in my work.
