Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud Platform

SAP Integration Suite is used in integrating the On-premise backend system and the Cloud for Customer application. There are standard iFlows that are available, which are straightforward to deploy and use based on the functionalities required. SAP is easier to use. It helps to connect both On-premise and Cloud applications.
  • Integration between S4HANA and C4C is made easier.
  • Ready to identify and deploy iFlows that are required.
  • User-friendly.
  • Drag and Drop feature.
  • Recommended steps feature -- We need this, as we are moving towards deploying rapid solutions.
  • A little visual improvement may be better.
  • A positive impact in having the application available and ready to use due to the cloud.
  • The go-to-market is faster, and hence there's customer satisfaction.
  • Easy to use and requires less effort.
SAP PI. SAP CPI/HCI is more adaptable.
Best suited where it is for integration between On-premise and Cloud applications. It is less appropriate where there are too many integrations with legacy systems.
