Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
SAP Integration Suite is used across our organization. It is used for procurement and our enterprise integration.
- We can quickly set up technologies.
- Support from SAP has been good.
- Communication on updates and features have been good.
- Error handling capabilities are not built into many of the tools (e.g., CPI, APIM, CIG).
- Some services have been difficult to try since we are using a subscription-based charge model.
- Scales up well.
- Quick configuration and deployment.
- Planned and unplanned outages on SAP schedule, not on our business schedule.
- Not all tools are designed with alert notification capabilities.
We have benefited from the CPI extended integration capabilities such as ease of use, multiple message formatting types, and message mediation.
