SAP Integration Suite is being used by one department. New technology transition has [increased] user knowledge and understanding of issues.
  • SAP Integration Suite is more secured.
  • SAP Integration Suite improves performance.
  • Development is user-friendly.
  • Can handle huge data and companies don't have to pay for additional space as everything is saved onto SAP Integration Suite.
  • Scope for cross-platform integration should be increased.
  • Mapping issues.
  • Functionalities can be made more user-friendly.
  • SAP Integration Suite initial cost is huge.
  • Maintenance cost is less.
  • Product support and upgrade has no additional cost to be borne by company.
Hardware cost and maintenance have been minimized.
I have not used/worked with predictive and machine learning analytics.

I tend to think that predictive and machine learning capabilities could have negative impact in service-oriented scenarios/industries.
Quality Center (formerly HP Quality Center), BMC Helix ITSM (Remedy)
SAP Integration Suite is more appropriate for large-scale and medium-scale businesses. Less appropriate - small-scale businesses.
