we use this for travel request and expense note

Pros

  • provide several reports with different level of information.
  • easy to be used.

Cons

  • try to better link travel module with expense module. sometimes references between each other not clear and feasible.
  • reimbursement process well structured. time saving for this.
sap s4 Hana;gis; data lake, this integration is very good because allow to replicate concur data in a unique database and analyze the same for audit and compliance purposes.
higher level of automation, easy way to manage travel and expense.
