Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use SAP Concur expense for travellers to submit expense reports following they get approved and then they are posted in 4 via the integration.

Pros

  • Support is awesome
  • The product is intuitive
  • The implementation team at SAP Concur was awesome

Cons

  • Itemisation of hotel receipts is poor
  • User maintenance is cumbersome and lacks mass maintenance
  • Our business case ROI was achieved with time savings of over 20k eur a year
It's easy to process receipts.
