Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

In our organization, we use SAP Concur for Expenses

Pros

  • Expense Reporting
  • Receipt Capture

Cons

  • In my opinion, there is room for improvement in SAP Concur because When uploading a receipt, you must have the credit card transaction first - I just want to capture the receipt then attached to credit card transaction
  • Flexible
  • Easy to use
I gave SAP Concur this usability rating because, in my experience, SAP Concur is very easy to use when traveling and reporting expenses
