Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

Employee expense claims, credit card expenses and reconciliation, travel exenses

The app is good and resolves many reconciliations we were encountering. The automation of general ledger and cost center coding has saved our finance teams many hours, particularly around month end

  • Workflow rules providing greater governance
The app in conjunction with the website make the product extremely useable. SAP Concur does require some learning from finance and IT teams to deal with the back end. but from an end user perspective SAP Concur is very useable

We went from completely manual, to SAP Concur - so I have no real reference for a comparison
