Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

Our company uses SAP Concur for expense report management, and travel bookings.

Pros

  • Integration with other applications (i.e from Lyft & Uber)
  • Recently the functionality improvements of scanning receipts and drastically improved

Cons

  • Possibility of integration with specific credit cards
  • Overall efficiency for traveling booking and expense management
It works well for what it offers. The concept of dreading doing an expense report after traveling has been much simplified and the time it takes has been drastically reduced.
