Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

we use SAP Concur for expense reports, SAP Concur helps us monitor expense reports and credit card expenses for employees. We are able to run reports on who has not completed their expense reports and it is also easy for us to delegate activities.

SAP Concur is complicated based on itemization, if you have one night that is a different cost you have to do it by line item vs the auto itemization. Also users that have to add attendees I sometimes add the same name over and over again vs it recognizing I already have that name listed.
