Overall Satisfaction with SAP CPQ

We use SAP CPQ for order entry on sales quotes/proposal.... It has made our order system really easy for sales reps and quick to make proposals etc. Never really any technical difficutlies and definitely one of the best easiest ordering systems we have used

Pros

  • Simple order entry
  • Fast order entry
  • Quick contracts creations and pricings

Cons

  • I think like going in/out of multiple tabs some times with tiered products could be better
  • faster load times for agreements and contracts and buffer circles
  • on demand support
  • Helped us make a lot of sales easier and quicker
  • More revenue we have made since doing this
  • Only negative is sometimes can be slow or want to attach custom email templates for send outs
simplicity and speed all we need for sales quotes and it is working wonders really nothing else i'd ask for. and very simple to use and technology friendly

CIQ order entry similar by SAP supports more options adaptions

Super customized complicated ordering and price could be come a little complex but for less products/ services can do it pretty efficently and preset options/pricing.

200 - Marketing and sales and we do a mix of operation data sales enabmlement but we are mainly doing this for putting in orders sales orders
Sales enablement people and analytics support our sales team and tech team

it has been the best and easiest order system to use by far. i have really enjoyed and like the simplicity, limited problems and support and customization
