Overall Satisfaction with SAP Data Warehouse Cloud

I started using SAP Data Warehouse Cloud in 2018 as HR Analyst at Desert Financial Credit Union to connect data across multiple on-premise and cloud repositories so that I can gain insights on data among other data warehousing procedures. At Verra Mobility, we rely on this tool to enhance the same data processes previously mentioned.

Pros

  • SAP Data Warehouse Cloud offers free trial for 90 days with free 128 GB of storage and 64 GB memory.
  • Availability of self-service data modeling and analytics on SAP Data Warehouse Cloud enables users to access and analyze data without getting support from the IT team.
  • Without zero coding while collecting, connecting, analyzing and modeling data, it saves us time and operational costs of partnering with external IT support experts.

Cons

  • For the 4+ years that I have used SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, I have never lasted with the same issue for more than two hours since we get any help for free from the vendor implementation team.
  • Business users do not have to partner with IT gurus to make decisions since SAP Data Warehouse Cloud offers free analytics capabilities to help transform data to real-insights.
  • SAP Data Warehouse Cloud has helped us to preserve business context in one platform by connecting data across cloud and on-premises repositories in our enterprise.
  • The pre-build Line of Business content, models and templates allows me and other business users in HR department to get rapid results while eliminating technical protocols while analyzing data.
SAP is a trustworthy company that offers robust IT products. The support offered is a five star since it is free and offers one-on-one communication(phone call) not only the US residents, but also for other local areas like Europe. However, I like the email support so that I can always have a reference whenever I get the same error in future.

SAP Data Warehouse Cloud has a clean User Interface l, which makes it easy to integrate data across the enterprise. Availability of pre-built templates, models and LoB contents reduces technical procedures when analyzing data.
The contract and pricing models was easy to carry out since the vendor allowed us to use value calculator for free. With that we were able to determine CPU estimates that would suit our clients needs prior to decision making. Finally, the 90 days free trial enabled us to take time and learn more about the tool before investing.
Once customized well, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, suits any business procedure that involves data. I would recommend organizations that are looking for a platform to integrate data, database and warehouse to try SAP Data Warehouse Cloud and they will empower their users with a solution will ease access and analyzation of data through self service portal.
