Overall Satisfaction with SAP Data Warehouse Cloud

SAP Data Warehouse Cloud is currently being used across most of departments in our organization to unify data and analytics in a cloud solution. With this tool, it is easy for business users to better understand data by analyzing it on their own without involving data scientists or any coding.
  • SAP Data Warehouse Cloud makes it easy to connect and collect structured and unstructured data from scattered on-premises and cloud data repositories.
  • With SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, it is effective for multiple users to collaborate on the same data, share data and transform it to insights.
  • Built in data analytics and end-to-end data solution on SAP HANA enhances in-memory data processing by virtualizing, visualizing and analyzing data in real-time.
  • With SAP customer support and online community channels, I am able to get help whenever I encounter challenges. Currently, all the bugs that we used to encounter has been eradicated by the new version update.
  • Centralizing data access for all functions reduces cost on data analyzation in different on-premises and cloud applications.
  • With built-in data models available on SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, it is easy to reuse resources hence reducing operational costs.

I have contacted the SAP support few times and it has been helpful. The support team at SAP is highly knowledgeable and offers rapid feedback via emails and phone calls. However, the live chat feature requires registered members to get support.

SAP is one of the provider that offers IT services with clean and intuitive user interfaces. SAP Data Warehouse Cloud doesn’t require IT skills and coding to visualize and virtualize information since it has built-in data models.
Ever since we implemented SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, we have been able to reduce the additional costs of hiring third-party service providers by incorporating professional services offered by the vendor.
I wasn’t involved in purchasing procedure of SAP Data Warehouse Cloud. My colleagues at Wellstar Health System informed me that it was easy to making the right decision since the cost was within our means per capacity unit.
SAP Data Warehouse Cloud is well suited in all business processes since they all involve data. With SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, it is easy to spend more time on data analyzation which enables business users to make informed decisions while spending less time on data preparation. Machine learning tools ensures that no manual procedures are implemented during data analyzation.
