In our organization, We use SAP Fieldglass to manage contigent workforces. This include vendor onboarding , job postings , work order creation and invoice automation

Pros

  • Work order to PO integration
  • Timesheets approvals , invoice automation
  • Worker management
  • Various integrations

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in SAP Fieldglass with Connectors performance during integrations
  • I think there is room for improvement in SAP Fieldglass with Live services for synchronous integration
  • Better worker and workforce compliance
Configurations are flexible.
Users are able to use the product easily for job postings and work order creation
