Good Tool for Applicant Tracking
Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass
I have been working in staffing industry and using VMS FG (Fieldglass) since decade. It is a great tool to manage contingent with data tracking.

- Its work very slow, the speed of the tool is very slow and always buffers.

Being as a staffing professional, there are multiple clients who has their own VMS so are using both Fieldglass and beeline.

Using SAP Fieldglass
38 - We use FG VMS to manage our complete contingent workforce hiring process. Through multiple direct client integrations, we handle every stage of the process from receiving new requisitions, submitting contractors, and managing our resume database to tracking timesheets, overseeing SOWs, and managing billing. In short, Fieldglass enables us to efficiently manage the entire contractor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
4 - We currently have a dedicated in-house team of 4 specialists who support our SAP Fieldglass operations on an ongoing basis. This includes account managers and IT Admin. I mean 30+ recruiters are also using it on a daily basis however in terms of technical issue on FG that usually take care by AM's and IT Admin.
