Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integrated Business Planning

We use several modules of SAP Integrated Business Planning: Demand, Supply, Response. We use it for the S&OP and Fulfillment process to manage our business. Mayor challenges are a mix of make to stock and project business with customer orders we get several months in advance.

  • Covering more and more industry processes

Cons

  • Simplification of CI-DS interface to select data generically instead of creating the interface for each new business unit again
  • One source for all
  • Improvement in demand planning quality
  • Integrated view of whole SC-Planning
Excel as user interface - planners love Excel
But Planners Workplace has got a lot of new and valuable features
