Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
Integration is little time consuming and sometimes it even fails continuously, this can be very disappointing for the projects which are mostly on hourly contracts which ultimately is a business and revenue loss, i will suggest if it can be improved so that there is no any problem with users and consultant

Yes I am sure that it has been very beneficial for my organisation as it has cut down on integration cost and data security has improved over the time also everyone can work with any of the application and product or project depending on their requirements and clients with all the different geography
It's machine learning capabilities are very useful and they have helped in many ways. It predicts any threat to cyber security and malware detection and it mitigate the risk of data theft. It gives the best insight from the data and makes it easier to take the informed decisions for the projects and clients
