Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
We have used to solve B2B integration as well for exposing technical APIs of SAP backend system. We also use it for SAP PI migration of ICOs. SAP Integration Suite clearly addresses business problems and provided no code low code solution for integration usecases. Our initial usecase was external integration but evolved to other usecases like Ariba Integration Tool Kit.

We are using B2B integration and its really easy to connect on premise system via cloud connector and internet based systems with various adapters and protocols.
Cost for integration suite iPaaS model is better than other iPaaS solutions.
