Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
As PO coming to end of life, we use SAP Integration Suite for our integration purposes
Pros
- Simple File transfer scenarios
- backend API calls
- most of the 3rd party providers having adaptors
Cons
- rolling out updates
- logging of APIM
- Logging of event mesh
- good support for out box apis
- patching breaks things sometimes
- degradation of performance on some days
yes, we are integrating our on-premise S/4 HANA to lot of 3rd party systems like sales force using CPI and also there are lot of migration solutions/methodology available for migrating from PO to CPI
