Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We are using SAP S/4HANA Cloud to implement Fiori applications and BRF+ into a department within the public sector.

Pros

  • Very easy to use and implement
  • Lots of support that is provided by SAP S/4HANA Cloud support teams
  • Lots of useful updates and support for older systems

Cons

  • More online forum support.
  • Small business integration and support.
  • Positive: Easy support and implementation
  • Negative: Not suitable for small business solutions.
Much better for application development. Lots of templates that can be leveraged without the use of custom application creation.
Well suited for big companies and public sector.
