We use it in pretty much all departments - sales, customer service, production, finance, controlling, and product development. We run all major processes with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

- Good lifecycle management for own development and configurations
- Thorough functionality and full roadmap with new functions
- Leverage new machine learning capabilities
- Use embedded functions that you used to need separate systems before, like EWM or TM
- Performance of some transactions
- Provide easier and faster way for conversion to SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- Better governance over partner solutions so that they also run on SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- Faster payment processing.
- Better user experience in areas where Fiori apps are available.

None were evaluated since we were satsfied with SAP ERP and saw SAP S/4HANA Cloud as the next logical step towards an intelligent enterprise solution.
