Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

In our department, we use SAP S/4HANA Cloud as our finance system. Most of our entities are in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and we are going live quarterly with new rollouts and improvements. SAP has done a lot of simplification in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and many new features. It's very fast and has many built-in features that reduce the total cost of ownership for an organization.
  • Simplification of ERP system, in-memory processing for faster data processing
  • Future ready for functionalities that are missing in the previous SAP ERP packages
  • It will take a significant amount of time for the company to switch to SAP S/4HANA Cloud as the SAP customer still using SAP's legacy system.
The SAP S/4HANA Cloud system is very fast and lot of ready to use features which is quite useful for an Organization. There is continuous updates for SAP S/4HANA Cloud every year and adding a lot of feature and simplifications. SAP S/4HANA Cloud is world class system for further. For example the latest SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1909 .
There are many pros and cons of Oracle NetSuite and SAP S/4HANA Cloud. SAP S/4HANA Cloud can be easily integrated with other systems like ARIBA Procurement and supply chain, Concur Expense and travel management, Vendor Invoice management, billing, and revenue innovation management and Success Factor for Human resource and payroll management.

SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation), NetSuite ERP, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Well Suited for simplification. [Use] SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Master data like business partners, which can be customer or vendor or both. Less Appropriate: Many old features for security and payment check are missing comparing old SAP ERP system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Support

SAP S/4HANA Cloud has a lot of online resource and SCN forum for learning and improvement which quite effective. A lot talented IT professional and developer are working to optimize the usage and reduce the time for system go live. SAP S/4HANA Cloud support is good and effective but i personally feel there is a lot of scope for improvements.
