Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SAP S/4HANA Cloud runs our entire business, from order-to-cash and from procure-to-pay. For the most part SAP S/4HANA Cloud will handle any process and situation we have. There is really not a process that SAP S/4HANA Cloud cannot handle. Plus there are many partner add-ons that make the existing processes more efficient.

Usability

With the many Fiori apps available SAP S/4HANA Cloud usability have improved greatly. The only problem is it should be way easier to activate these. A simple checkbox should be all that is needed and the security should be apdated via some kind of wizard.

Alternatives Considered

I haven't evaluated any other products. Only add-ons to help with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

As I stated before, SAP S/4HANA Cloud handles most all the sales, purchasing and manufacturing processes our business does. The one area it falls short is software licensing and sales. We had to develop our own processes within SAP S/4HANA Cloud to do this. Some of the processes piggy back on some existing processes, but it does not work perfectly and many enhancements were created.

No reason not to implement/upgrade to SAP S/4HANA Cloud
