Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SAP S/4HANA runs our entire business, from order-to-cash and from procure-to-pay. For the most part SAP S/4HANA will handle any process and situation we have. There is really not a process that S/4HANA cannot handle. Plus there are many partner add-ons that make the existing processes more efficient.

Usability

With the many Fiori apps available SAP usability have improved greatly. The only problem is it should be way easier to activate these. A simple checkbox should be all that is needed and the security should be apdated via some kind of wizard.

Support Rating

All issues have been address relatively quickly by SAP.

Likelihood to Recommend

As I stated before, SAP handles most all the sales, purchasing and manufacturing processes our business does. The one area it falls short is software licensing and sales. We had to develop our own processes within SAP to do this. Some of the processes piggy back on some existing processes, but it does not work perfectly and many enhancements were created.

No reason not to implement/upgrade to SAP S/4 HANA
