Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

A client from Upwork first introduced me to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. That was a start! Then I slowly became an expert on various SAP products and started providing service to some more clients from Upwork. Like almost every other SAP products, SAP S/4HANA Cloud is also almost perfect! Helped me (and my clients) to save a ton of time and money and helped us to retain customers with great success.
  • Real-time access to remote-data
  • Data processing at it's best
  • Saved project lifecycle immensely!
  • Price is on the higher side.
  • Not enough tutorials
  • Code management could be a bit messy sometimes
  • Customer retention increased
  • Saved a lot of time, hence money
  • Overall cost of business reduced
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is overall a great product, as I mentioned earlier, if someone can afford it for their business it will be worth it for them. It can be a bit complicated sometimes but once you get comfortable with it, it's very useful and offers extreme value for any business.

I have already recommended a few of SAP products to my collogues already and SAP S/4HANA Cloud is so good that if any of the people who could afford it for their business bought it won't regret the decision. I am a freelancer and having managed it for many clients I can say that for sure, from experience.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Support

Their customer support is good, but not great. Could be because of the large customer base. I hope they add more people on their customer service team, so that they can provide faster solutions. It's definitely not a deal breaker, but the faster the better. So, why not. I didn't have any major problem so far though. And, the minor problems I had was solved pretty fast, most of the time.
