Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Currently, our Company completely runs on SAP ERP. We use it daily for our OTC, MM, and FI/CO operations. Two years ago, we migrated from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and this has enhanced our operations effectively. The data is processed quickly using the power of HANA and the reporting out of it is quick. Since it has moved to the cloud, this is effectively reducing the maintenance cost for us and reducing the downtime. I feel like compared to other competitors, SAP S/4HANA Cloud stands strong with its brand name "SAP".

- covered most of the scenarios in business content
- the cost needs to be considered
- its integrity with third party applications needs to be improved
- The documentation on how to do certain things needs improvment
- Cost efficient becasue the price of maintainence will reduce
- cost of admin can be saved
- for companies already in SAP, the cost of migration should not be expensive
