What a lovely experience to use SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Effortless and fast transactions processing. A wide variety of reporting is available using SAP S/4HANA Cloud. It saves a lot of time. It became very productive for me while using SAP. It became very easy for me during basics transactions to comlex reports. I am doing transactions i.e. cash payment entries, bank payment entries, cash receipts entries, bank payments entries, journal entries, vendor payments, vendor invoices, ledger postings, bank reconciliations, fixed assets entries etc in SAP very quickly and efficiently.

Pros

  • Ledger reports with different filters options.
  • Search option for any details.
  • Data entry.

Cons

  • I believe it is difficult to use for the first time.
  • Only some training is required to use it.
  • During data entry in rows, there is no row number assigned at the start of rows.
  • It reduced the cost of processing data.
  • It saves a lot of time. Complex and large transitions take place within minutes.
  • Overall reporting process is improved and ROI increased a lot.
I gave this rating because I have been using it for more than 03 years. In the beginning, it was a little tricky for me to use it, but by taking a little assistance from the implementation team and my senior colleagues, it became very easy for me to use it. Now I am transaction and performing duties as Sr. Executive Accounts for the payable section of my company and the daily transactions and reporting process is very much improved and easily understandable.
Product Features are the most important factor in my decision. Before using SAP S/4HANA Cloud I had been using conventional Excel for my recording and this was a very time-consuming task. Different types of reporting in SAP S/4HANA Cloud won my heart. Now different filters and reporting on a click are available and it changed my life a lot.
I selected SAP S/4HANA Cloud because of its features, reporting facilities, etc.

On the bases of my experience SAP S/4HANA Cloud is well suited for me, as I can use it on all premises remotely i.e office, as well as home, on a laptop, PC, and even on mobile. The main scenario is that it integrates the whole company departments, i.e. HR, Sales, Imports, Supply Chain, etc.
