Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We are using the system in our company as the productive ERP with more than 18k users. Most of them are doing time registration on projects. With that information we creating the invoice and postprocessing this. We also implement the product for other customers in several projects and support.

  • CAPEX instead of OPEX
  • User based billing with options to grow
User experience is different in the apps. In some cases the buttons are at the top, in some cases in the bottom. This is confusing for some customers. Also the performance is not sufficient for our customers. Compared to an SAP S/4HANA Cloud on Prem system the response time is bad.

All four options are relevant and important for the solution. If I need to highlight something, I would name Ease of Use. The SAP S/4HANA Cloud must be as easy as other cloud applications without any necessary learning journeys.
All is integratable in the the cloud ecosystem. This is the most important point for our customer.s

The standard processes are working fine in the system with big benefits in the area of finance and genaral supply chain requirements. Currently we are receiving a lot of requests of customers with manufactoring requirments. In this cases the product itself is not sufficient yet due to lack of functions.
