Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to analyze inventory discrepancies within the system and our books, this involves looking at inventory under various filters to find what I’m looking for, i also use it to see our current inventory status and our past outstanding PO’s in our systems. This system helps keep everyone in the organization organized and on the same page because it allows us to address concerns before they become a problem

Overall it is an efficient and easy to use ERP system, while it is expensive and can be costly to change the system around it is worth it if you’re in a large company with lots of people and data, this ERP is better than many others I’ve used and with proper training anyone can be able to fully use the system to its potential

Scalability is very important, I am in a large company that needs to handle lots of data for many different people and roles and having a platform that is both easy to use and scalable is important, also with many people all over the world using this product in our company we need to have a robust cloud system for data security and usability

I think SAP S/4HANA Cloud is suited for large organizations with lots of data to organize and use for analytics and business analysis purposes, less suited for companies that are smaller or have a less skilled IT department that may have trouble implementing and maintaining the product to use it in the best way possible
