Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is smooth the operation efficiency by integrating various functions of department like Quality control, Quality assurance, ware house, finance and supply chain. Its improves decision making process and productivity by real time data analysis. It improves collaboration between various department by simplified work flow. Its improves organisation image as it is regulatory compliant software.

  • Its User interface is easy to operate.
  • Its provide large amount of data as per retirement easily.
  • Its Customisation features as per requirements.

Cons

  • Integration capability with other than SAP software need to enhance.
  • Data migration from old system to SAP HANA is complex and time consuming
  • Some time while handling large amount of data system crash.
  • Its improve collaboration across department.
  • Its enhance operational efficiency and data based decision.
  • Regulatory image of organisation improved as it is regulatory standard compliant.
I gave this rating due to its robust security features, ensuring that sensitive business data is protected. This is crucial for maintaining trust and compliance with regulatory standards. Its initial support and after implementation service and support is quick. Productivity and collaboration is also enhance after implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

AS I am not involved in purchase of SAP S/4HANA Cloud but if i am part of selection team in future then The most important factor which I consider is its user interface which is easy to navigate. It is also easy for new user as it is widely used in other industry also.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is well suited for organisation where large amount of data is to be handled and large number of staff. Small number of business with limited number of staff it is not affordable due to high initial setup cost and operational cost it is not appropriate.
