Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We are using SAP S/4 HANA Cloud for enterprise resource planning. Using this set of integrated business software enable us to manage company's resources effectively.
It helped us to digitalize our business processes.
It also helped us to automate repetitive tasks with its Robotic process automation (RPA) that improved our productivity.

Pros

  • It comes with flexible subscription plans so you only pay for those you use.
  • It offers a periodical innovation cycle so you get early access to new technology introduced by SAP.
  • Compared to on-premise, SAP S/4 HANA Cloud offers faster deployment.

  • Limited customization option compared to on-premise
  • Even if it offers flexible subscription plans, its cost is still higher than others
