Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

End to end Finance processes. Cost of operations, audit and compliance management

  • Speed of data access
  • Analytical data while performing transactions
  • Integration with other modules

Cons

  • Modification of SAP fiori applications
  • Building integration with other non-sap applications
  • More low code / no code development options
  • finance record to report is a big plus
  • reconciliation and standard reports are still a work in progress to meet our needs
  • standardization of processes and automation to assist could be better
A number of business objectives and business problems are addressed by using and migrating to S/4HANA from our current ECC platform. customization of SAP Fiori applications and usability has been a challenge. A big area for reducing technical debt is in ability to build and customize SAP fiori applications and be able to modify easily for different user communities and scenarios.
