Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
We used to have a legacy Finance system - Great Planes and we recently replaced that with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and BRIM. The way we generate a billable item is quite unique and is done at a medical claim by claim level. For this, we used to have a custom software we had to develop to manage all the pricing rules. But now with SAP S/4HANA Cloud with BRIM manages all that with really excellent visibility. This system went live 2 months ago.
Pros

- Faster build, it requires RISE a long time to setup environments
- Better support and visibility on open tickets and faster resolution
- Mostly positive, We have a process where clients self bill, but we did not have the ability to see the details of this data. With SAP S/4HANA Cloud, we know exactly which claims are being paid
