Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2023 edition and we are right in the middle of a phased roll out globally of this.

Pros

  • Speed
  • Users don't feel they are on cloud

Cons

  • Fiori performance is good
  • Better user experience
  • Better analytic tools
  • Better front end experience
I would like to see more user empowering reporting capability. These don't exist today in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. In ECC, we had an SQ01 or a report painter. There is no equivalent new tool in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Scalability, as most other applications we use are cloud based, so it made sense for our core system also to be cloud based.
Joule is very interesting. I would use it for financial accounting processes which are fairly predictable.
