Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
We are EPC company running and currently migrating from different legacy systems to harmonized S4 HANA landscape.
Problem statement: challenge in migrating the data from different legacy systems like Oracle, Infor, Priority etc
Scope of use case: to build harmonized SAP landscape to help improve the project delivery and achieve operational excellence

Harmonization of systems and having standardized system landscap is the key factor for our organization to move to S4 HANA. Also the scalability and integration to other systems helps us run our customer projects in more efficient and effective way and address to the customer challenges in real time manner.
Currently we are still in migrating from legacy systems to S4 HANA and we are not exploring the AI capabilities. Once we have all the entities into the S4 landscape we will explore the AI capabilities.
There is high focus on digitization and AI based solutions which has just started and we will have more solutions delivered in near future.

I have worked with other ERP apps in the past like Infor LN, Oracle etc and SAP has better stability and acceptance compared to other ERP solutions. It also has good customer base and good customer support but I feel there is still huge scope for improvement when it comes to customer support.
