Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use SAP S/4HANA Cloud private cloud and its working good, since we have many other systems being integrated with SAP S/4HANA Cloud we have selected private cloud instead of public cloud.

Pros

  • Less cost in Maintenance
  • SAP takes cares of Technical upgrade
  • All the data will be in the cloud

Cons

  • Public cloud have limitation to have our own business process
  • Adding functionality and features in public cloud is limited
  • Complex business process is not avilable
  • We have just implemented hence we have wait and study for the ROI
  • Since many areas SAP takes cares SAP S/4HANA Cloud will reduce the cost
  • Public cloud option can be increased for customers
Its good to use the cloud for SAP S/4HANA Cloud

  • Scalability
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
We are identifying the different use cases to utilize the various AI features along with joule AI, especially with the help of joule business users can get the status of purchasing reports, approvals reports, sales reports and the several finance reports through joule and AI, also we are going through the standard use cases provided by SAP

But with so many non sap system maintaining all the data at one place is missing
