Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The business problem SAP S/4HANA Cloud addresses for us is finance applications in a private cloud solution. Mainly issues with Fiori reports not very user friendly, especially compared with ECC

Pros

  • A lot of good Fiori apps
  • Good search opportunities

Cons

  • All apps related to project system
  • Reporting apps
  • App navigation
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud gives us more visibility
I gave this usability rating for SAP S/4HANA Cloud because of the intuitive apps for end users, especially those using only a few transactions

In my opinion, for end users, using a few applications, SAP S/4HANA Cloud is easier to use compared to ECC GUI. Intuitive.
