We utilize it for tracking the nursing homes and staff at the facilities we service. It helps us keep track of our accounts, who we service, what their roles are and contact information and more. Additionally, it is important for us for making notes and updates on the accounts. In the nursing home world the staff turns over a lot and it can be hard to keep track of everything and where they are now at. Additionally, it helps us keep track of our leads, prospects, and former clients so that our business development team can prospect and keep their sales cycles going.

  • Great app as well for the phone to utilize on the go.
  • Making adjustments to some of the templates or template options are tough.
  • The ability to reach customer service can be challenging at time as it is mostly international support.
It is great when you have a lot of clients and names to track. It is very easy to update and manage as well as it is great that others can see your notes. It is less appropriate for doing large blasts as it isn't as user-friendly for that. Also tracking each employee's activity is very challenging as a manager it is not very easy to see exactly what their statistics are.
The support is all international and it takes a while to get support as you have to go through chats and set up times, not as easy to just call and get the support you need. They are very nice when you do finally connect with someone and they are knowledgeable, just challenging being international sometimes.

This is essentially an extension to the larger base CRM that Zoho has. Its great for small business owners and mom and pop shops who look into getting more of a relationship based business approach as to grow by creating trust as small businesses. The tool gives you a hint of what the whole CRM entitles.

Bigin by Zoho CRM is well suited for small businesses of any kind because its more in the niche of personalised approaches to clients and follow ups accordingly so that the relational prospect development and sales occure. It gives you a flavor of the mass CRM that Zoho has as well. The entry path to your CRM journey.
I have needed much support as the solution itself is intuitive and doesnt require much apart from some API integrations.

Bigin is a great PA that organises our pipeline and presents the CRM data in a simple ways to navigate and follow up.
  • Well displayed.

  • Pipeline looks better.
  • Would rather not have it on a separate platform.
CRM always have a huge amount of data and sometimes it is very hard to navigate through and follow through all the data that are in there which creates opportunities to be lost. Bigin organises all these data for us so we are able to look at it better and make the right follow up that is needed, hence we are maximizing our winning opportunities.

It was mainly used in my organization for maintaining leads and Managing Sales. It has been used across my organization right from sales department to service department for afterservice purposes. All the data from the different social media platforms are moved to CRM. It has mainly automated the problems related with Excel.
  • Lead Management: It manages the lead management system quite well.
  • Data extraction from different social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • It is quite easy for a new user, no training is required you are always ready to go with it.
  • The dashboard needs a bit of improvement and the user interface needs to be more user friendly.
It's available at a much lesser price as compared to other CRM's. The price per user is also much less as compared to other users. It's well suited for small businesses that need to move towards automating the manual process.
Support team is much knowledgeable and was user friendly. Every querry put before them was resolved in the required time frame.

Recruit 50Plus uses Bigin to manage our clients, our strategic partners, and the deals we win (and lose). It is a great CRM for those who are not ready for the "big league" or want to get a feel for the power of a CRM. For us, Bigin is just perfect for the size of our business. We may move to Zoho CRM in the future, but we are in no rush.
  • Easy to use and operate as there are not "23 million" options, but still powerful.
  • Integrates with other Zoho products like Zoho Social, Campaigns and Forms.
  • Allows deals pipelines with fully customisable stages.
  • Share files, notes, emails, etc. between Contacts and Deals.
  • More sophisticated workflows, such as some of the features in Zoho Flow.
  • More than 20 customisable fields.
This depends on their business, its size, and what they are trying to do. For a smaller business, or one starting to employ work flow and management apps, Bigin is a great start.
Support is brilliant. They have even made product enhances on the basis of issues I have had. I use email support and get a response by the next day.

We use Bigin to completely manage the details pr contacts of clients, which makes it effective when we want to make some communications with them. Furthermore, Bigin makes workflow management more effective, after identifying the business opportunities for growth. The email marketing, which is the most reputable digital advertising means have been introduced to Bigin.

  • Also, focuses on small and the growing enterprise, and I think the application can even help the big corporations.
  • Furthermore, Bigin integration is swayed on Zoho products, and its right to include other external applications.
The CRM role more so for the medium size enterprises is what Bigin by Zoho CRM has done so effectively. Also, the contact list of employees together with their specific details have been well stored and secured by the application. The application made us introduce the marketing automation process, which double or significantly increases sales. Lastly, the social media engagement and involvement from the tool makes us reach to audiences in a wider scope.
Bigin by Zoho CRM has a 24 hours help desk, with well informed professionals, and they constantly listen and solve what ails the users. More so, often, new releases in the form of documentations regarding the software updates are made and revealed, making the beginners learn. The dashboard of Bigin is very basic, with well set operational features and by simply clicking any of them, the results are instantly revealed.
