Recruit 50Plus uses Bigin to manage our clients, our strategic partners, and the deals we win (and lose). It is a great CRM for those who are not ready for the "big league" or want to get a feel for the power of a CRM. For us, Bigin is just perfect for the size of our business. We may move to Zoho CRM in the future, but we are in no rush.
  • Easy to use and operate as there are not "23 million" options, but still powerful
  • Integrates with other Zoho products like Zoho Social, Campaigns and Forms
  • Allows deals pipelines with fully customisable stages
  • Share files, notes, emails, etc between Contacts and Deals
  • More sophisticated workflows, such as some of the features in Zoho Flow
  • More than 20 customisable fields
This depends on their business, its size, and what they are trying to do. For a smaller business, or one starting to employ work flow and management apps, Bigin is a great start.
Support is brilliant. They have even made product enhances on the basis of issues I have had. I use email support and get a response by the next day.

Bigin by Zoho CRM has made both medium and growing companies move from the old ways of handling clients through manual lists or spreadsheets, and currently, there is the customer relations support from the tool. We use Bigin to completely manage the details pr contacts of clients, which makes it effective when we want to make some communications with them. Furthermore, Bigin makes workflow management more effective, after identifying the business opportunities for growth. The email marketing, which is the most reputable digital advertising means have been introduced to Bigin.

The CRM role more so for the medium size enterprises is what Bigin by Zoho CRM has done so effectively. Also, the contact list of employees together with their specific details have been well stored and secured by the application. The application made us introduce the marketing automation process, which double or significantly increases sales. Lastly, the social media engagement and involvement from the tool makes us reach to audiences in a wider scope.
Bigin by Zoho CRM has a 24 hours help desk, with well informed professionals, and they constantly listen and solve what ails the users. More so, often, new releases in the form of documentations regarding the software updates are made and revealed, making the beginners learn. The dashboard of Bigin is very basic, with well set operational features and by simply clicking any of them, the results are instantly revealed.

At ServerGuy, Bigin by Zoho CRM is widely used in both the sales and marketing departments. Bigin by Zoho CRM is a simplified version of Zoho CRM, where every piece of information about our prospects is neatly organized in one place. This helps us in managing our prospect data by giving a clear picture of our pipeline, thus allowing us to track every deal from discovery to closure. The platform itself allows us to manage conversations and help connect prospects with its email and telephony feature.

  • Sales teams can close more deals with clean pipeline management
  • Plenty of documentation available to look at
  • Support is amazing
  • Less clutter than Zoho CRM, which makes data management easier
  • Call lag needs fixing; I hate when we're stuck in middle of the conversation
  • Zoho products are seamless to integrate with, but other software is inconvenient, with less documentation there
Choosing Bigin by Zoho CRM is a good option if you are a growing small or medium-sized company with a hard time managing Google Sheets, as it is less cluttered than other CRMs and makes it easier to manage deals with little automation.
Almost every task you need to learn about has a large amount of documentation available. However, my rating is based on my recent interaction with the developer. Although I was satisfied with the service, I deducted one point since getting them on the phone took me three to four days.
