Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use it as one of three business platforms, extended to BTP and now exploring AT. We also use SAP IS-U to address metering and billing.

Pros

  • BTP provides great flexibility
  • Uptime is great
  • Offers AI capabilities
  • Innovations

Cons

  • EOL products need to have a clear roadmap
  • IS-U needs more assistance in Australia
  • We miss our old customer success manager Chris Brock
  • Cost savings on Azure by moving to Private cloud
Although it has comprehensive functionality, it can only be configured by experts
  • Integration with Other Systems
Because it is only one system of three major systems
We are just beginning this journey but very excited to see where it increases our users experience
Unfortunately it hasn't been continued, it was easier to use and configure and great for Supply Chain
