Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We needed to move from ECC6 as it was coming end of life. We also wanted the new tech stack to take advantage of innovations and also cheaper to run.

Cons

  • We are only on our journey to explore all that we can do at the moment. The increase in productivity is noticeable
  • Improved real time analysts
  • More automation with Joule and Joule agents
  • Enhanced features not available in ECC6 e.g. ESG Ledger
It is the future ERP for our organization. The journey has just begun for us and we are excited to see what further capabilities we will receive in each release.

As we scale as a business, we need a system that grows with us. SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that ERP. Our workforce is beginning to work in a different way, and the mindset has changed. Value add work is now the norm.
We encourage our users to embrace the use of AI and also AI agents. The improvement in productivity is noticeable and measurable. The change in our workforce in using AI has moved them towards value-add activity.
There are similar features in both as they bring you to the cloud. SAP won out from its business insights and ability to step change our organization quicker.

Companies coming off ECC6 are well suited to transferring to the cloud and SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Use of Joule in SAP Cloud has moved the dial for us. Also extending to Joule agents which is helping to add a new virtual workforce to our organization.
