Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We run the biggest Real Estate company in Central Europe and SAP S/4HANA Cloud is our central ERP system to manage mainly accounting activities, including AP/AR processing, G/L and MeC postings, Asset Accounting and various integrations to other software in our portfolio.

Pros

  • Moder Fiory working space
  • Constant functional enhancement
  • AP processing

Cons

  • System speed and performance
  • Customization and Support when Expert Configuration from SAP is needed
  • Range of features is still limited
  • Moving all company codes within group under one ERP
  • Better reporting capabilities
It fulfills all standard needs, but whenever the customer needs a small adjustment of the process (objectively needed, not some nice-to-have features), this solution is quite resistant to delivering it.
