Overall Satisfaction with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite

We are used to displaying and streamlining processes and dependencies. Especially in a close SAP context, it is not always easy to handle. User acceptance was great, but training and explaining all the features was not easy. The rollout for all the users is planned for next month. We’ll see how it works!

First of all, gaining a shared understanding of the processes and the dependencies within the company is mandatory. Furthermore, it takes some time to identify them. Afterwards, the implementation went pretty well. From a very technical perspective, handling and supporting the system implementation is straightforward. Overall - good.would definitely do it again!

If you want to do Benchmarks across business units, your systems, or subsidiaries, SAP Signavio is excellent. Only to identify improvements based on inconsistencies in process execution, I would say it is less significant. Overall, it is a good experience if the processes are not too complex and there is not too much involvement.
