Overall Satisfaction with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite

We have not been successfully launched Signavio Process at my organization.
The scope was to do use Signavio Process mining tool to find gaps and efficiency

Pros

  • Document current process
  • Ability to collaborate
  • Pulling real stats on the process

Cons

  • Does not work well like other process capture tools
  • License restriction
  • Need additional headcount to manage and keep up with the tool
  • Better integration with SAP S/4 HANA - Like Jump to from Fiori
  • Make it more part of standard practice or Solution Manager
