Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Our company uses SAP SuccessFactors for displaying employee file, to create time-off requests, set goals, performance reviews, self learning, attendance regularization, organization chart and rewards & recognition. All these features are on point and help end user in keep track of time off and on work, self assess the goals set and track the progress.
  • Allows end user to access all the features easily.
  • Features can be customized as per need.
  • The changes can be applied with less downtime.
  • The site will be slow to load sometimes.
  • End user cannot contact support independently.
  • Widgets could have been made much more presentable.
  • End user can check the pay and benefits without bothering HR or going through several procedures and this helps in less time spent on unproductive tasks.
  • The goal setting features enhances the capability of the employee and boosts productivity.
  • The features can be selected as per requirement and cost is feature-wise, which saves more on investment.
In our organization has integrated products like Fyle-Expense Claim Solution, One Helpdesk - Sapphire, Nucleus - Oracle ERP, Payroll - Ascent PowerHR to SAP SuccessFactors and they work seamlessly with SSO authentication so that user doesn't have to give separate credentials for every integration. Integrations can be applied with less downtime and vast type of products can be integrated which is always a plus for the user.
SAP SuccessFactors successfully implements the SAP's global compliance standards and localization ability on our organization. All the features that are available are customized keeping the requirement in mind without compromising on the standards which SAP is known for. This might include customization specific to the organizations in different localities and still the ability of SAP's localization helps in achieving it.

SAP SuccessFactors plays a major role when it comes to critical features like performance review, it keeps on sending remainders to alert on the pending tasks and presents the percentage of task that has been completed with the deadline. This helped me in completing my self assessment on time and submit for the next stages of approvals.
